The fine liner

Today I discovered how to build a very tall block of flats and then destroy it single-handedly in under two hours without using any bricks to build it or dynamite to destroy it.

The operating table

I was working on an important project when all of a sudden, SNAP! My sewing machine was no longer sewing. I cried many tears and doom clouded in my brain. No more craft time. The end.
Two and a half hours later, both parents stood on my doorstep. Father with a carrier bag full of tools and my mother forever prepared with biscuits. Another half an hour later and a lot of dirt and dust removed, my beautiful expensive Japanese sewing machine was revived, and now I can do lots more craft time again.

The Pony

I am not entirely sure if I have improved the aesthetics of this ceramic horse thing but I have definitely given it a purpose.

The size five foot

While trolling through the copious amounts of unorganised photographs on my
mobile telephone looking for craft related items, I realised just how much I like taking
pictures of feet.

The day job.

If you are obligated to do something for a minimum of 35 hours a week,
learn to enjoy it. And learn to do it well.

The story

I have started writing a story about a young girl. This girl lives in a world made up of metal trees, stalactites that form the wrong way round and fields of rolled up wheat. Blue ink courses through the veins of the rivers instead of water and bloodstains mark the borderlines. A man that looks like a bird plagues her, whilst the protector is always too late to save her.
This story is rather melancholic. This story is loosely based on my life.
